VXDIAG GM SPS Programming E6961 Unknown Error Solution

When perform Chevrolet Malibu 2019 passenger car SPS programming using VXDIAG vcx nano gm gds2, it gave error :
"E6961: Unknown error during service programming event.
Please contact GM Support of problem persists."




Solution:
To perform VXDIAG GM Online programming and access SPS, you have to install VXManager driver & PassThru driver first.

After install PassThru driver, select J2534 VXDIAG device from SPS diagnostic tool list.
