I have purchased another VXDIAG VCX Nano Pro from you and just received it. I see that all of the licenses expire on 12-31-2020. VXDIAG VCX Pro "Device not recognized" or "Device not found" solution

Device: VXDIAG VCX Pro green interface with 2TB software HDD
Symptom:
The green indicator of vcx pro turns on with beep sound. The blue indicator flashes occasionally.
VX Manager cannot detect device, gave an error "Device not found"
After connected vcx pro with laptop, another error displayed "USB device not recognized".
Install HDD on other laptops, all the same errors.

I own one of them with licence for Ford/Mazda/Honda/JLR.

I've been having problems using it with Ford/Mazda IDS at first but now I've come to a point where I succeed using it for programming Ford/Mazda cars.
To be honest... that's the only function I was looking for.... Programming or reprogramming Ford/Mazda modules but I had honda & JLR licence for 10$ extra so I went for it, but Honda HDS software that works with it is very old... (3.014...useless) and I feel safer to run JLR with my cardaq+
DO NOT INSTALL PASSTHRU DRIVER , ONLY FORD VCM2 DRIVER
I think that's the main reason I wasn't able to program module with it... now that I only use VCM2 driver, it's working.

Solved! VXDIAG Toyota Techstream V14 Requires Activation Key

Q: When I install Toyota Techstream V14.00.18 software for VXDIAG multi tool, it ask for the registration key? Where can i get the key?
I have installed the VX manger and Toyota driver on Windows 7 laptop.
I did run Techstream software from patch as i was told.

The solution works on all VXDIAG scanners, VCX NANO, VCX Pro and VCX PLUS series.
1). To use Techstream V14 or above software, you must start/run software from the patch.  Then it will not ask for the registration code.
2) If you did run software from patch and it still requires the activation key, there maybe something wrong with your computer operating system.  Try to uninstall O/S and install techstream software again.

Can i use Xentry Diagnostic Simulation software in VXDIAG Benz C6 HDD?

Q: Can i use the Xentry Diagnostic Simulation software in VXDIAG Benz C6 DoIP hard drive (marked circle picture below)?

Yes. To use the xentry simulation software, you need to delete Vxdiag C6 driver in VX Manager first.
(When you need to run Xentry diagnostic software, please install C6 driver again to use. )

1.To carry out a vehicle simulation, open 'Xentry Diagnostics Simulation

2.Open Xentry Simulation
3.Select the model to be simulated
4.Since no vehicle is connected, it has to be precisely specified for the simulation
5. Select the model designation - i.e E 500
6. The vehicle data are loaded by clicking on the diagnosis button
7. The ignition must be activated manually
8. Click on 'Continue'
9. Configure the vehicle and load the simulation data
10. In order to process a fault later during diagnosis, it has to be set in the control unit window.
11. The stationary heater is manipulated on the vehicle shown.
12. Simply minimize the simulation window, do not close it.
13. Perform a quick test
14. A fault with the stationary heater appears in the quick test result
15. The simulation also allows you to change the actual values of systems
software displayed demonstration on the stationary heater
The operating rate is changed from 'Full load' to 'Partial load'
Returning to diagnosis, the modified actual value appears
16. When diagnosis is terminated, the simulation program is still open.
