The new VAG ODIS Service software version in the VXDIAG full 2TB hard drive is 25.03. The VW software defaults to Chinese, and the desired language needs to be selected during installation.
How to change VXDIAG 2TB ODIS-S or ODIS-E software language?
Run ODIS (ODIS-S) or ODIS-E on the desktop as Administrator.
Click on Next icon.
Select PostSetup language and click Next.

How to Install VXDIAG ODIS-S 24.1.1 Software?
Extract OS24.rar file.
Run OffboardDiagSetup-Service.exe as administrator.
Select interface as VAS 6154
Select license.dat from patch folder
Finish installing setup.
Copy and cut the desktop and license Standalone folder from OS24 folder to C:/ProgramData/OS folder.
Send each icon shortcut from C://ProgramData/OS/desktop folder to desktop
Copy and replace OffboardDiagLauncher.exe from patch folder to C:/ProgramData/OS folder.
Run OffboarDiagnostic Information System software from desktop.
Install PostSetup.
Upload update_24_1_1 folder
Hit continue.
Select setup language.
Finish installing Postsetup.
After installing the software, simply shut down and restart the computer.
ODIS Service V25 also tested working with VXDIAG j2534.

Problem:
Tried to use VXDIAG VCX SE 6154 scanner with the new ODIS service software version 24.3.2. VX Manager detected the interface but no VCI selection in ODIS software.
Does vxdiag work with odis 24.3.2?
Solution:
The vxdiag vcx se is compatible with 24.3.2 service software.
1. Update VW driver. Uninstall VW ODIS 6154 and reinstall driver in vx manager.
2. Install ODIS PDU driver.
The original 6154 driver is lost or hacked by virus.
Contact www.vxdiagshop.com to download original ODIS-S PDU driver (VW D-PDU API 64bit).
Double-click to install the VW D-PDU API 64bit driver setup. Choose the destination location as C:/Program Files/VW_PDUAPI_OS folder and wait until the setup installation is finished.
It should be fine. Run ODIS-S software again. Select VCI type as VAS 6154.

Part 1: Install Driver and Update Firmware
How to install vx manager, driver and update firmware for VCX SE 6154?
Download vx manager here

After installing ODIS software (ODIS installation guide), run VX Manager, select Passthru and 15-VAG-ODIS 6154 driver and press next to finish installing vx manager.
Connect VCX SE 6154 with laptop via USB cable.
Run VX Manager on the desktop.
There is no device detected. Press-Re-connect. Now it will see your 6154 device.
If there is a “+” in Firmware, run firmware update.
Go to the Diagnostic tab. Check if VW 6154 driver is installed.
If there is a purple “+” icon of the driver, you need to update driver.
Part 2: Update License.
If software says the License expired.
Run VX Manager, check the License.
If the valid day is 0, go back to Device Information and update License.
If don’t have network connection, VX Manager will say “offline, Download License failed”.
Close VX Manager.
Connect network.
Run VX Manager and update license.
The license won’t expire but needs to be renewed every 60 days.
Part 3: How to Connect VXDIAG VCX SE 6154
VCX SE Connects via USB, WiFi and LAN cable.
1. Connect via USB
Connect VCX SE with laptop via USB cable, and connect another end to vehicle via OBD socket.
Go to Device Manager->Network Adapters. If you see Realtek USB FamilyController, it means the device is well connected.
If not, unplug the USB cable and firmly insert the vcx se.
2. Connect via WiFi
Connect VCX SE with the vehicle via OBD port, don’t connect USB cable.
Turn on the ignition with working key.
Hit Network icon on the bottom right of your PC.
Find WiFi name DoIP-VCI-XXXX and choose auto connection,
Pair WiFi with password: 12345678
3. Connect VCX SE with LAN cable
To connect VCX SE via LAN, you also need a USB Type-C to RJ45 LAN converter which is included in the package.
