Problem:
I try to read e38 ecm flash online with VXDIAG VCX NANO GM and SPS (Service Programming System) subscription.
It failed me and dislayed an error: E4399 Server Error. Reading ECU data from device or controller failed. Solution:
To perform VXDIAG GM Online programming and access SPS, you have to install PassThru driver first. www.vxdiagshop.com
Problem:
When I tried to install Ford IDS software v112 for vxdiag vcx pro green intreface, it gave me 2 errors. My Disk C is full so i installed IDS on Disk D with other vxdiag software applications Techstream, Vida, HDS.
Error 1:
IDS Software- Production License Not Found.
An active IDS software license is not found and is required for Vehicle Cummunications.
Error 2:

1. VXDIAG Ford IDS software MUST be installed on Disk C.
2.Better install JLR SDD, Ford/Mazda IDS, Honda HDS and Volvo VIDA software seperately (on different laptops)
3.So you need uninstall software and opeating system to reinstall software.
If you have trouble in installing vxdiag software, better go for vxdiag and Levono laptop package. Software is pre-installed before shipping.
Q1: Can i use SSM4 (Subaru Select Monitor IV) software with VXDIAG Multi Tool for Subaru? A2: No. VXDIAG Subaru VCX PLUS is compatible with SSM3 software only.
Q2: I try to install VXDIAG Subaru SSM3 software, it gave me an error "Com. with All systems Failed". Interface was connected and the device indicator turned red. The I saw there is a SSM4 software folder, then installed SSM4, it told me to change computer date otherwise the SSM4 license will be invalid soon. A2:
To install VXDIAG Subaru SSM III software, you need to install the patch as well.
Don't not run SSM4 software. It is not compatible with SSM4. DO always run SSM-3 software.

Q: When vxmanager tries to download the Volvo Vida driver version 1.0.1 it gives the error "file verification failed". If one clicks on the more information option it is a broken link and 404 is displayed. I did try not using the vxmanager and download the Volvo driver directly but the link is broken and 404 is displayed. I can download all the other drivers this way. It appears that the Volvo driver is not available on the website or the link needs to be updated. Hopefully you can find out. Thank you.
