VXDIAG VCX SE ODIS Online Account ODS1003E Error Solution

Problem:

Trying to remove Component Protection (CP) and adapt a new key for a 2012 Audi A8L. Bought the VXDIAG VCX SE 6154 hardware with ODIS software and got a valid online account myself. However, when I attempt to log into my online account through ODIS, I get a server error. Has anyone encountered this and found a solution?

Error 1:

Fazil Service. ODS9220E.

Error 2: ODS1003E error.

Solution:

For the error in image, make sure you get the correct online account name and token.

 

ODS1003E possible causes and solutions:

Cause 1
The security certificate was not imported to the application before PostSetup installation steps.

Resolve
Import the security certificate.

 

Cause 2
The certificate was revoked.
The wrong certificate was imported.

Resolve:
Verify you are using the correct certificate.

Cause 3
The dealership network is blocking the MirrorServer URL.

Resolve:
See your local network administrator. Ask them to verify that access to https://mirrorserver2.vwhub.com/dav/ is allowed.

 

Cause 4
The internet connection was interrupted during the update.

Resolve:

Hardwire the diagnostic device to the network and re-try the download.

VXDIAG Techstream Cannot Read Toyota Live Data Solution

Problem:

There is a problem with VXDIAG VCX NANO Toyote techstream v18 software and 2015 Toyota Avalon. The VCX will connect withthe  vehicle, diagnose and test CAN BUS communication, but
cannot read live data.
Error “Select system is not responding or not available.”

Solution:

Ensure the correct vehicle model manufactured region is selected.
Only by selecting the correct region in the software will the live data be displayed.

VXDIAG Benz 2025.03 XENTRY Initialization Failed Error Solution

Problem:

One of our customers downloaded Xentry XDOS 2025.03 from mhhauto forum.

He was using a VXDIAG VCX Plus with Mercedes License C6 on latest firmware (VCI 1.9.6.0, DoIP 1.9.2) and drivers (3.2.6.240827, VCI version 202409).

When starting XENTRY Diagnosis Cars AKT (rapid short test) everything works perfectly well, VIN gets identified and short test is performed.
When starting XENTRY Diagnosis Cars and trying to connect the Multiplexer to the car, he gets an error during Step 1 out of 6.

“Initialization of the Multiplexer has failed.

Possible causes and remedie:

– The connection between the multiplexer and the diagnostic socket has an open circuit.
– The link between the diagnostic unit and the multiplexer is interrupted. The power supply at the diagnostic socket (circuit 30 and (or) circuit 31) is faulty.”
VCX has a stable connection to the computer.

How to fix it?

Here is the clue:

VXDIAG VCX is compatible with 2025.03 xentry xdos.

For the Xentry software provided by VXDIAG:

This is a common communication issue, which may be caused by C6 driver or hardware.

In this case, VCX Plus has a stable connection to laptop which means the hardware has no problem.  The driver might be the problem.

Make sure you have installed the C6 driver in vx manager and keep it up-to-date.

For 3rd-party xentry software:

The cause is unknown. This is the customer’s feedback.

“I reset my windows and whole system and reinstalled XDOS 2025.03 using the new Fullfix of Samik 4.8.4 and now everything works as intended.

If someone else is experiencing that issue maybe the best is to reinstall the whole system instead of wasting time in error handling.”

VXDIAG Failed to Scan Benz W213 Engine Error C003 Solution

Problem:

VXDIAG VCX SE Benz with 2025.03 xentry software failed to scan W2213 MRD2 engine control module.
It reported an error C003. Any solution?

Solution:

This error is usually caused by an issue with the Zenzefi certificate. Either the Zenzefi certificate has not been imported, or there is a problem with the imported certificate.

Diagnosing newer Mercedes models, such as the W213, W206, W223,W465 etc, requires importing a Zenzefi certificate into the XENTRY software.

Where to Get VXDIAG GM RDS3 Diagnostic Software?

Most newer 2019+ GM models manufactured by SAIC GM Motors should use RDS3 diagnostic software, including the new GL8.

VXDIAG (VCX NANO, VCX SE, VCX Multi Tool) is compatible with the RDS3 diagnostic software.

Where to get the RDS3 diagnostic software?

VXDIAG does not provide a separate download link for the software.

It is only included in the 2TB HDD hard drive.

VXDIAG GDS2 Failed to Read 2019 Buick Encore VIN Solution

Problem:

This is a 2019 Buick Enclave, Chinese model. The VXDIAG VCX NANO GM GDS2 software is unable to automatically detect the vehicle’s VIN. Manual selection still fails to recognize the VIN.

Any solution?

Solution:

The antivirus software must be turned off, otherwise the cracked software and device drivers will be deleted.

Most newer GM models manufactured by SAIC GM Motors should use RDS3 diagnostic software, including the new GL8.
It is recommended to use the VXDIAG VCX SE along with a 2TB hard drive HDD.

The RDS software is included in the hard drive.

VXDIAG VCX SE JLR VCI Not Detected when Connect via LAN?

Problem:

Connected the VXDIAG VCX SE JLR scanner via LAN cable. The device was detected by vx manager. But when running Pathfinder software, it gets stuck on this page. It will not communicate with the VCI interface. Any idea?

 

Solution:

This error indicates that the required Bosch VCI driver is not installed.

Install Bosch VCI Driver Installer (Bosch VCI software JLR 2.4.22.59 driver) in JLR-TopixInstaller folder.
