Nissan, PSA and Renault license are not included in the 11 brands.

So we released a new package series which contains 14 brands, including.

Benz, BMW, VAG, JLR (SDD), GM, Ford/Mazda, Honda, Toyota, Subaru, Volvo, Porsche (piwis2), Nissan, PSA, Renault 

It is recommended to get the package with 14 brands, much cheaper than purchase extra 3 license separately.

Either 11 brands or 14 brands does not contain JLR DOIP License and PW3 License for new DOIP Car models after 2017. JLR pathfinder and piwis 3 license need to purchase separately.
