Does VXDIAG VCX FD support DoNET remote diagnostics?
A customer of mine has successfully connected once with VCX FD.
Set up WiFi, hotspot, all have no connection with DoNET. Any clue?
Here is the clue.
VCX FD does support DoNET remote diagnostic function. Make sure you have DoNET license activated.
It should be noted that VXDIAG works with 2.4GHz DoNET remote connections and does not appear to recognize 5GHz connections.
Switch to 2.4GHz or use another phone with 2.4GHz. It should be fine.
