VXDIAG Honda HDS Not Connect with Vehicle Solution

Problem:

VXDIAG VCX SE Honda and HDS 3.105.012 software did not connect with a 2013 Honda Accord. Honda driver was installed and VCI was detected in vx manager.

It cannot access to vehicle and keeps on HDS initializing interface. Any solution?

Solution:

Disconnect VCX SE from vehicle, reconnect VCI after 2 minutes.

Then run Honda diagnostic software as Administrator. 

It should be fine.

 

 

VXDIAG Benz 2025 Xentry Authentication Failed Error C003 Solution

Problem:

Tried to scan a Mercedes E class W213 with VXDIAG VCX SE Benz scanner and 2025.03 Xentry. Diagnosis will not proceed. System reported an error authentication has failed and gave fault number C003.

How to fix it?

Solution:

Xentry 2025 C003 error indicates missing Zenzefi certificate.

Diagnosing newer Mercedes models, such as the W213, W206, W223,W465 etc, requires importing a Zenzefi certificate into the XENTRY software.

We do not provide certificates. If you have a Zenzefi certificate, you can import it into the software. For software purchased from us, if issues persist after importing the certificate, please contact our customer support for assistance.

 

Note: The replacement file method we previously released is only applicable to the 2022.12 version of the Xentry software. It does not work with other versions, especially the 2025 version.

VXDIAG Benz Xentry Asks for User Identification?

Problem:

One of our customers had a problem with VXDIAG VCX SE Benz and 2023.09 Xentry software. Xentry asks for user identification. How to do it?

Solution:

Enter the wrong page.

Run xentry Offline path from desktop, it will not ask for login password.

If the offline patch expired or is invalid, contact customer service for help.

If xentry asks for offline login password, enter user name: xentry and password:123456.

 

How to Solve VXDIAG Benz Driver “File Check Failed” Error?

Question: When attempting to install the VXDIAG VCX SE BENZ C6 driver, the installation failed with the error message “The file check failed.” What is the solution?

Solution:

This error often occurs due to missing driver.

Our engineers determined through remote assistance that the antivirus program had deleted the driver by mistake.

Go to Antivirus and threat protection settings and disable anti-virus program.

Disable the antivirus program and reinstall the driver.

Now it works fine and communicates with the vehicle without problem.

VXDIAG Renault V237 Cannot Diagnose Zoe 2021 Solution

Problem:

It’s a Renault ZOE 50 limited 2021. VXDIAG VCX SE Renault and CLIP V237 software reads the VIN and scans the modules. But when it comes to diagnosis, it asks for the TOKEN.

He would not diagnose and delete errors in other modules.

Solution:

The Renault ZOE introduced after 2020, including the 2021 model year, utilizes the Alliance Diagnosis Tool (ADT) software for diagnostics and maintenance.
ZOE models introduced after 2020 are equipped with a secure gateway, requiring specialized tools and procedures for diagnosis. The ADT software, along with a Renault E token, is necessary to unlock this gateway for diagnostic purposes.

Even Autel cannot diagnose these models without SGW gateway bypass.

Trafic 3 Phase 2 is diagnosed under ADT. This vehicle will have a secure gateway so will need to be unlocked, you may need ADT and the Renault E token to diagnose.

VXDIAG Benz 2025.03 Failed to Start EPC from VMWare Solution

Problem:

Got the VXDIAG VCX SE Benz and 2025.03 xentry software. Failed to start EPC software from VMware Player.  Already followed this guide to enable virtualization in BIOS settings. Still no luck.

Tried to repair VMware 12 player, but the system says it doesn’t have sufficient privileges to install system services.

Solution:

Delete VMware Player and install it again.

Then start EPC from VMware.
