VXDIAG 2TB HDD GM Device License Invalid No Device?

Problem:

I have the vxdiag 2TB HDD gm license activated but vx manager cannot detect my device. It says the device license for this application is invalid when trying to install GDS2/Tech2Win driver.

Any idea how to fix it?

Solution:

Vxdiagshop.com technician help fix this issue via Teamviewer.

We found the NIC Network driver adapter is missing.  Problem solved by installing NIC driver.

Now the vxdiag scanner is well connected.

“No Device” problem is usually caused by network driver.  Always check NIC driver first.
